Operation of the burner

Burner automatics takes care of burning according to boiler temperature. Variable speed feeder screw transports fuel from fuel to burner. Variable speed blower delivers combustion air producing effective flame. Flame control thermostate stops the burner if burning dies away (for ex, run out of fuel). Combustion is complete, effective and clean, ash residues are small.

Installation of the burner

The burner is connected with boiler by using boiler front opening or boiler side opening made for this purpose. Installation height can be trimmed by adjustable feet. Boiler thermostate/overheating protector and other, equipment are coupled with drive automatics acc. to instructions. The burner needs only 1-phase supply, although feeder motor is standard 3-phase motor.

Operation is automated, only take care of that there is fuel of good quality in the bin.
